Our mission is to restore degraded farmland, reduce input costs by up to 68%, and create long-term, sustainable incomes for smallholder farmers across Africa and beyond.

At Wellcrop, we empower farmers with science-backed, organic soil enhancers like GrowPro — tools that restore soil health, drastically reduce chemical input costs, and sustainably increase yields. Through regenerative agriculture, carbon-smart practices, and hands-on farmer training, we are redefining how farming is done, building healthier soils and more resilient farming systems for generations to come.

Our focus is deeply rooted in rural Africa, where farming is not only a livelihood but the foundation of community life and food security. We work directly alongside local communities to create lasting, practical change on the ground. We are especially committed to supporting women and youth, who form the often under-recognised backbone of African agriculture, by providing them with training, employment, and new economic opportunities.

We are now actively collaborating with forward-thinking organisations whose existing programs in seed production, agricultural inputs, and farmer development perfectly align with our regenerative approach. Following successful field trials across multiple regions, we have demonstrated how integrating Wellcrop’s solutions into their existing models can deliver powerful results:

Following successful field trials across multiple regions, we have demonstrated how integrating Wellcrop solutions into existing farmer networks can:

Our Impact

Wellcrop, in collaboration with strategic partners such as Zambian Cooperative Federation (ZCF), Musika Zambia, and ABSA Bank, has successfully onboarded thousands of farmers into climate-smart agriculture programs. Through our efforts:

  • Over 3,000 farmers have adopted microbial fertilizers and biochar production.

  • Our initiative is set to plant over 36 million trees in three years.

  • Farmers receive an upfront carbon credit payment for adopting sustainable farming practices.

  • We are actively developing a DMRV platform to monitor and verify soil health and carbon sequestration.

  • Our hemp and permaculture projects are establishing organic, high-value crops for local and international markets.
